Refund & Returns policy
The term for returning goods of good quality is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise agreed upon when selling the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in their original condition, not worn, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way. All tags must be attached to the garments. Otherwise, the goods will not be returned. Therefore, measure the goods in the Anikina store or at the time of receipt of the goods at the points of delivery of DHL, or at the time of the courier's home delivery. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

The return of goods of proper and inadequate quality is carried out by the following review:
1) It is necessary to fill out the form given upon receipt of the goods and send it to us by e-mail
2) The term for consideration of the application does not exceed 7 (seven) business days.
3) In the event that a positive decision is made by the Seller on the basis of the review of the application, we will send you a return shipping label and additional shipping instructions, then the buyer can transfer the goods for return to the DHL Pickup Point. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
4) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

The term for crediting funds to your bank account will depend on the conditions of the bank in which it is opened.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Please advise the reason for the exchange (fit, defective, etc). Once we receive your return swimwear, we will process your new swimwear request.
